盲腸に初発し，再発を繰り返した非特異性単純性潰瘍の1例

A Case Report of Primary Nonspecific Simple Ulcer of the Cecum Recurred Three Times Following Surgery

　回盲部に発生する非特異性単純性潰瘍は，稀な疾患とされてきたが，大腸の検査法の発達に伴い多くの症例が報告されている．われわれはなかでも盲腸に潰瘍が初発し，切除後吻合部に2回再発し，そのつど切除したにもかかわらず，最近また再発をしている非常に興味ある症例を経験したので報告する．

　A 51-year-old man was found to have an ulcer in cecum by gastrointestinal work up. Ileo-cecal resection was performed which disclosed primary nonspecific simple ulcer of the cecum. However, therapeutic response to the surgery was unsatisfactory and he eventually developed the similar lesion 3 times at the anastomosed intestine in spite of repeated surgery.
