We experienced a rare case of Behcet disease which seems to be associated with Crohn's disease.

So far, only two cases of these association have been reported in the literature and our case was the third one.

Analysis was made on these three cases and we found some similarities between them, namely 1) sex distribution was predominant at younger female, 2) Behcet disease itself was an incomplete type except for occular lesion and 3) early intestinal lesions were typical as Crohn's disease.

We also compared Behcet's three major symptoms (besides occular lesion) to the Crohn's oral, genital and skin lesions, then discussed three major symptoms of our case.

Our oral lesions showed cobblestone formation and linear ulcers which were typical as Crohn's disease but have never been reported in Iapan.

There was a trend of increasing B5 of HLA among 4 cases of intestinal Behcet disease, 5 cases of Crohn's disease and 40 cases of ulcerative colitis.
