　表層拡大型（Ⅱc型早期胃癌類似）を示した胃悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので報告する．

症　例

　患　者：69歳，男．

　既往歴：胸部打撲による胸膜炎，胆石症．

　家族歴：弟癌死（病名不詳）．

　主　訴：心窩部痛．

　現病歴：1974年，胃部不快感を訴え胃X線検査を受けるも，著変なし．1978年10月ごろから心窩部痛が出現，芦原胃腸科診療所にて胃X線，内視鏡，生検施行．悪性リンパ腫の診断にて当センターを紹介される．

　A 69-year-old male patient with malignant lymphoma of the stomach was examined for four years and was free from abnormal findings. This time, G-I series was performed because of epigastric pain and disclosed marked abnormal findings of gastric mucosa in the lower portion of the gastric corpus at the greater curvature. The gross findings were quite similar to those of early carcinoma of Ⅱc type having superficial spread and sm grade infiltration.

　Histological diagnosis of the biopsy specimen was diffuse, well-differentiated, and lymphocytic malignant lymphoma. Radiographic and endoscopic findings were rather lacking in some characteristic features of malignant lymphoma of the stomach but the gross findings in detail suggested few diagnostic findings of non-epithelial malignant tumors of the stomach.
