最近10年間（1990～1999）の本邦報告例の集計からみた消化管の血管性病変

Localized Gastrointestinal Vascular Disorders: A Review of the Japanese Literature in the Last Decade

要旨　1990年から1999年の10年間における消化管の限局性血管性病変の本邦報告を集計した．非腫瘍性病変では，動静脈奇形169例，gastric antral vascular ectasia116例，angiodysplasia114例の計399例，腫瘍状病変では，血管腫139例，glomus腫瘍24例，膿原性肉芽腫13例，血管肉腫12例，Kaposi肉腫11例，血管周皮腫9例の計208例が報告されていた．合計607例の血管性病変につき，各疾患別にその臨床像を検討した．

　Cases of localized gastrointestinal vascular disorders reported in Japan between 1990 and 1999 were reviewed. A total of 607 such cases were distributed as follows: arteriovenous malformations 169; hemangioma 139; gastric antral vascular ectasia 116; angiodysplasia 114; glomus tumor 24; pyogenic granuloma 13; angiosarcoma 12; Kaposi's sarcoma 11 and hemangiopericytoma 9. The clinical characteristics of each disorder were herein documented in detail.
