Diagnostic Strategy for Intestinal Submucosal Tumor and Tumor-like Lesions

要旨　下部消化管において粘膜下腫瘍様の所見を呈した70病変についてその発見契機から診断に到る過程を検証し，各疾患についての特徴から診断戦略を再検討した．下部消化管を発生母地とする疾患では，出血，重積，イレウスなど緊急性の高い状態での発症もあるが各々の疾患の特徴を理解しておくことが診断方法の選択に不可欠と考えられた．短時間で三次元画像まで構成できる多列検出器型CTやPETなどの普及により診断能はさらに向上すると考えられる．

　It is often difficult to diagnose preoperatively lower intestinal submucosal tumors or tumor-like lesions because of emergent conditions like intestinal bleeding, invagination or ileus. We reviewed the diagnostic process and the actual images of70patients with intestinal submucosal tumors and tumor-like lesions and discussed proper strategies for correct diagnoses.
