4)中毒（ヘビ毒）

Gastrointestinal Manifestation of Viper Bite

　マムシ，ハブ，ヤマカガシなど本邦で遭遇しうる毒蛇の毒にはプロテイナーゼをはじめとする血液凝固障害作用を有する成分や出血，溶血を助長する多数の成分が含まれている．消化管出血はDICによる出血傾向の結果として報告されている例が多いが，虚血性腸炎からの出血の報告やDICの診断基準を満たさない例もみられ診療上留意すべきである．

　The poison of pit viper (Agkistrodon blomhoffu) contains many kinds of toxins that have hemolytic and coagulant toxic effects. The severe complications of viper envenomation include acute renal failure and rhabdomyolysis, and coagulation disorder leading to disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Both the coagulation disorder and the ischemic change of the intestinal wall may be responsible for hemorrhagic complications in the gastrointestinal tract.
