コルヒチンが著効した再発性口内炎の3例

Three cases of recurrent aphthous stomatitis that were effectively treated with colchicine

はじめに

　再発性口内炎は日常でしばしば診療する疾患である。鑑別疾患が多く，診断に至らない例もある。海外では再発性口内炎へのコルヒチンの有用性についての報告は散見されるが^1,2），本邦での報告は少ない。今回コルヒチンでの加療が著効した再発性口内炎を3例経験したので文献的考察も含め報告する。

　In Japan, steroids are commonly used for the treatment of refractory stomatitis. However, some overseas studies have reported on the usefulness of colchicine. We encountered three cases in which colchicine was effective against stomatitis of unknown cause that was resistant to antibiotics, antifungal drugs, azulene gargles, vitamins, tranexamic acid, and steroids. Since colchicine may be safer than steroids, it should be considered as a treatment option for refractory stomatitis.
