Crohn's disease(CD)is a refractory gastrointestinal disorder that is characterized by a young-age onset, chronic intestinal inflammation, and recurrent flare-ups followed by remissions. Although intestinal tumors are rare in patients with CD, the younger age of onset and tumor progression can lead to lower postoperative survival rates compared to the general population, highlighting the need for early diagnosis. Risk factors, such as prolonged disease duration and anorectal lesions, have been reported. However, no established surveillance method exists, making early diagnosis challenging. This article provides an overview of the current status and challenges in the imaging diagnosis of CD-associated intestinal tumors based on recent reports.
