BCG注入療法が効を奏した原発性両側上部尿路上皮内癌

SUCCESSFUL BACILLUS CALMETTE-GUERIN INSTILATION THERAPY FOR PRIMARY CARCINOMA IN SITU OF BILATERAL UPPER URINARY TRACT : A CASE REPORT

　患者は61歳，男性，頻尿を主訴として来院。尿潜血陽性と両側分腎尿細胞診class　Ⅴのほかに有意な異常所見を認めず，両側上部尿路に原発した上皮内癌と診断した。

　　入院後，両側に腎瘻を造設し，腎より順行性にBCG注入療法を施行。以後現在に至るまでの1年間，尿細胞診およびIVPにおいて異常所見を認めていない。

A 61 years old male patient, with microhematuria and positive cytology (class Ⅴ) of catherized urine from bilateral ureter, was found to have primary carcinoma in situ of bilateral upper urinary tract.

BCG instilation from bilateral nephrostomy was perfor-med, and no abnormalities in urine cytology and IVP have been found in the period of 1 year follow-up.
