緒言
両眼性びまん性ぶどう膜メラノサイト増殖症（bilateral diffuse uveal melanocytic proliferation：BDUMP）は腫瘍随伴症候群の一つで，1982年Barrら1）により命名された。今回，典型的な眼所見を呈したBDUMPの1例を経験したので報告する。
