・今回われわれは，妊婦に生じた急性汎発性発疹性細菌疹（acute generalized pustular bacterid：AGPB）を経験したので報告する．

・本症は発症機序，治療方針などがいまだ明確には定まっていないが，溶連菌の感染が契機となっている．

・本症における治療は抗菌薬の全身投与が第一選択であるが，自験例のように皮膚症状が遷延する場合にはステロイドの全身投与を併用する必要がある．

A case of acute generalized pustular bacterid

Acute generalized pustular bacterid (AGPB) is caused by streptococcus. The underlying mechanism of AGPB is unclear. We report the case of a patient with AGPB. A 36-year-old woman presented to our hospital with pustules on her both hands, arthritis and fever up. She was five months pregnant. She was administered antibiotic (Cefaclor)；however, three weeks after antibiotic (Cefaclor) initiation, the pustules persisted. Therefore, the patient was started on prednisolone (20 mg/day)；subsequent the symptom improved immediately.
