要旨

日本消化器内視鏡学会では，2010年発足したガイドライン委員会で，科学的根拠にもとづくガイドラインを作成してきた。ガイドライン作成には，Minds診療ガイドライン作成マニュアルが用いられており，スコープやクリニカルクエスチョン（CQ）などを定め，決定したCQに沿ってシステマティックレビューを作成し，GRADE アプローチの方法に準じてエビデンス総体の評価を行う。さらにステートメントとステートメントに対する解説案を作成後，ガイドライン作成委員会におけるコンセンサス会議を開催する。各ステートメント案に修正Delphi法による合意形成を行い，ガイドライン作成委員長を中心にガイドラインとして体裁を整え公開される。ガイドラインは診療現場における協働意思決定の基礎資料として活用されるのみならず，医療者の学習カリキュラムなどの教材として適している。また，次に取り組むべき研究課題を明らかにするとともに，医療政策の基盤としても活用可能となる。

　The Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society (JGES) has developed evidence-based guidelines have been developed from 2010. “Minds clinical practice guidelines” are well referenced in the endoscope production process. Scopes, clinical questions (CQ), systematic reviews for CQ, and evaluation of bodies of evidence by using GRADE approaches. After making statements and adding explanations, consensus meetings are held to obtain agreements for each statement using modified Delphi methods. Then, finally, the guidelines are published. Guidelines are used not only as basic documents to obtain informed consents from patients, but also as educational materials for medical practitioners. During the production process, we determine the agenda and direction of healthcare policies in the future.
