要旨

　当院では2020年にワーキンググループを立ち上げ，安全な無痛分娩を提供することができる院内体制整備に多職種で取り組んでいる。麻酔科医と周麻酔期看護師が協働して無痛分娩に対応しており，2020年度は3件であった無痛分娩件数が，2023年度には70件に増加した。今後は，周麻酔期看護師導入による業務効率や麻酔科医の負担軽減，安全性向上への寄与といった効果を評価し，可視化したい。

　In 2020, our hospital established a working group and then launched a-multidisciplinary effort as an institutional system to provide safe labor analgesia at our institution. Since the launch, of our hospital’s anesthesiologists and perianesthesia nurses have collaborated to manage labor analgesia, and the number of successful cases has increased from three in fiscal year 2020 to 70 in fiscal year 2023, with further growth expected. Moving forward, we aim to further evaluate and visualize the impact of this introduction of perianesthesia nurses, including the improvements in workflow efficiency, the reduction in anesthesiologists’ workload, and the contributions to patient safety.
