sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation（SANT）は2004年にMartelら^1）によって初めて報告された脾臓の非腫瘍性血管病変である。我が国における文献での症例報告は30例程度と少なく^2），海外でも2020年時点で約200例にとどまっており^3），比較的まれな疾患である。今回我々は，画像所見と病理学的所見を対比し得た1例を経験したので，文献的考察を交えて報告する。

Sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation（SANT）is a rare benign vascular lesion of the spleen. We report a case in a man in his 40s, in whom radiological and histopathological findings could be closely correlated. On T2-weighted MRI, areas of low and absent signal intensity corresponded to collagen fibers and hemosiderin deposition, respectively, suggesting that these imaging features may be characteristic of SANT.
