異物肉芽腫（foreign body granuloma）は，循環器内科領域の血管内治療後に生じる非感染性の肉芽腫形成として，注目され始めた。脳血管領域においても血管内治療の飛躍的普及により，その亜急性期の合併症として，特異な病態が報告されるようになった。今回我々は，脳動脈瘤コイル塞栓術後に異物肉芽腫を疑う症例を経験したため，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Foreign body granuloma, a non-infectious granulomatous reaction following endovascular procedures, has gained attention in the field of cardiovascular medicine. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of endovascular treatment in the cerebrovascular field, unique pathologies have been reported as subacute complications, including foreign body granulomas. We present a case of foreign body granuloma that occurred after intracranial aneurysm coiling, adding a detailed discussion based on the current literature. This article aims to raise awareness of this rare but potentially significant complication in cerebrovascular interventions.
