自己免疫疾患は全身性に多臓器を侵し，泌尿生殖器もその影響を受ける。さらに，泌尿生殖器腫瘍が自己免疫疾患の契機となることや，免疫不全による感染症も臨床上の問題となる。近年では，免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の使用に伴う免疫関連有害事象（immune-related adverse events：irAE）も増加しており，重要な課題である。本稿では，副腎および泌尿生殖器における免疫関連疾患の多様な病態，画像所見，診断上の留意点について概説する。

Autoimmune diseases can affect multiple organs throughout the body, including the adrenal glands and urogenital system. Urogenital tumors may act as triggers for autoimmune conditions, while immunodeficiency can lead to significant infections. In recent years, immune-related adverse events associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors have emerged as important clinical challenges. These complex interactions require careful imaging evaluation and diagnostic insight. This article provides an overview of the diverse manifestations of immune-related diseases involving the adrenal and urogenital organs, highlighting key imaging findings and important considerations for accurate diagnosis and clinical management in this evolving field of medical imaging.
