Differential diagnosis of malignant lymphoma in gynecology

悪性リンパ腫の画像診断は不要な手術を避けるために重要であるが，婦人科領域ではかなりまれで，しばしば鑑別から抜け落ちてしまう。さらに，婦人科領域の悪性リンパ腫は幅広い年齢に発生するため，年齢から診断に迫ることができない。本稿では，子宮・卵巣の悪性リンパ腫を診断するポイントと鑑別疾患について解説する。

Diagnosis of malignant lymphoma is important to avoid unnecessary surgery. However, it is quite rare in the gynecologic setting and is often overlooked in the differential diagnosis. Because gynecologic malignant lymphomas occur in a wide age range, the age of the patient cannot be a diagnostic clue. In addition, several uterine and ovarian tumors mimic malignant lymphoma. Morphology, enhancement pattern, apparent diffusion coefficient values, and lesion distribution can provide diagnostic clues. This article describes the key points for diagnosing malignant lymphoma of the uterus and ovaries and the differential diagnosis.
