硬膜動静脈瘻（dural arteriovenous fistula：dAVF）の治療中に心停止が起こった症例の報告は少ないが，Onyx^TMとジメチルスルホキシド（DMSO）注入中に三叉神経心臓反射（trigeminocardiac reflex：TCR）が起こった例がいくつか報告されている^1）2）。

There are not many reports of cases of cardiac arrest during dAVF treatment. We experienced a case of cardiac arrest during Onyx infusion from the middle dural artery petrosal br during the third treatment of a tentral dural arteriovenous fistula. When treating dAVF with Onyx, we should keep in mind that TCR may occur and be prepared to deal with it promptly.
