筋上皮癌（myoepithelial carcinoma）は腫瘍細胞のほとんどが筋上皮性分化を示す悪性腫瘍である。多くは唾液腺や，軟部組織・乳腺・皮膚に好発する。肺原発例はまれであり，その画像所見に関する報告は極めて少ない。今回我々は，肺原発筋上皮癌の1例を経験したので，画像所見を中心に報告する。

We experienced a case of a rare primary myoepithelial carcinoma of the lung. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography（CT）demonstrated a mass with generally smooth margins and an internal low attenuation area reflecting extensive necrosis, and the part of the mass protruded into the bronchi in upper lobe. We believe that this report will provide the valuable information for understanding the imaging features of this disease.
