非小細胞肺癌に対して行われる化学放射線療法は，標準治療の一つである。今回，根治的放射線療法が施行された非小細胞肺癌の単施設における治療成績や予後因子について検討したので報告する。

We analyzed 87 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with definitive radiotherapy. The overall survival rate at 5 years was 43％, and the 5-year overall survival at stages ⅡB, ⅢA and ⅢB were 60％, 42％, and 39％, respectively. The overall survival rate at 5 years in 65 patients with stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer was 37％. Definitive radiotherapy was associated with good prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer without severe adverse events. A multivariate analysis identified two significant prognostic factors：T factor and concurrent chemotherapy. To improve the antitumor effect of chemoradiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer, the further development of therapeutic strategy including immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy is expected.
