縦隔に限局したアミロイドーシスはまれであり，¹⁸F FDG-PET/CTが行われた症例の報告はわずかである。一般的にアミロイドーシスはFDGが集積する疾患と報告されている。PET/CTにおいて悪性リンパ腫の再燃との鑑別が困難であった縦隔アミロイドーシスを経験したので報告する。

A woman in her 20s had a past history of Hodgkin lymphoma. Complete remission from Hodgkin lymphoma had been achieved by chemoradiotherapy. Four years later, follow-up ¹⁸F FDG-PET/CT detected a nodule in the mediastinum that showed an increased uptake（SUVmax, 11.4）. A relapse of Hodgkin lymphoma was suspected；however, it was diagnosed as amyloidosis based on the results of a histological examination of a thoracoscopic biopsy specimen. We herein report a case of amyloidosis of the mediastinum and review the pertinent literature
