神経浸潤病変―IgG4関連疾患，アミロイドーシスと悪性リンパ腫（神経リンパ腫症）

Key findings and symptoms for diagnosing nerve infiltrative diseases in head and neck

頭頸部の神経浸潤病変の代表的なものとして，IgG4関連疾患，悪性リンパ腫（神経リンパ腫症）やアミロイドーシスなどがある。頭頸部は比較的狭い領域であり，さらにその中の細かい構造である神経の適切な評価には各疾患の知識が重要となる。本稿では，症例を示しながら診断に有用であった所見を中心に概説する。

In radiological diagnosis of nerve infiltrative disease in head and neck, appropriate imaging is necessary to describe small lesions. Knowledge of clinical findings as well as image findings of the diseases will be helpful for a suitable choice of imaging modalities and methods resulting in a correct diagnosis. In this section, we reviewed radiological/clinical key findings of IgG4-related disease, amyloidosis and neurolymphomatosis.
