◆要旨：ロボット支援腹腔鏡下前立腺全摘術（robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy：以下，RALP）後鼠径ヘルニアに対する腹腔鏡下鼠径ヘルニア修復術（TEP法）の安全性と有用性を明らかにするために，RALP群（20例）と非RALP群（75例）の手術短期成績を比較した．RALP群では手術時間は有意に長いが周術期合併症は増加しなかった．手術時間延長に関与する因子として，操作性と腹膜欠損の有無に相関を認めた．RALP後鼠径ヘルニアに対するTEP法は安全に施行可能であったが，クーパー靱帯周囲の癒着による手術時間延長が課題と考えられた．
To clarify the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair (TEP) for inguinal hernia after robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RALP) , we compared the short-term surgical outcomes of the RALP group (20 patients) and the non-RALP group (75 patients) .
The operative time was longer (197 min, 112 min P＜0.01) , but complications were not increased. The TEP technique for inguinal hernia after RALP was safe, but the prolonged operation time was concern, which was thought to be caused by adhesion around the Cooper's ligament.
