◆要旨：子宮頸癌に対するセンチネルリンパ節ナビゲーション手術（SNNS）は諸外国を中心に普及が進んでいる．当院では2015年より，子宮頸癌に対するセンチネルリンパ節マッピング手術を開始した．トレーサーとしてフチン酸テクネシウム・インドシアニングリーン・パテントブルーを使用し，センチネルリンパ節を同定後，骨盤リンパ節郭清を行った．手技の習熟を得，良好なセンチネルリンパ節の同定率を示したため，2017年からは限られた症例に対してSNNSを導入した．これまでに16例のセンチネルリンパ節マッピング手術を，13例にSNNSを行ったため，それらの治療成績を後方視的に検討した．手術時間・出血量は，SNNSを行うことにより有意に減少していた．
Sentinel lymph node navigation surgery （SNNS） for cervical cancer is becoming popular mainly in other countries. We started sentinel lymph node mapping for cervical cancer in 2015. Using technetium-99m, indocyanine green, and patent blue as a tracer, sentinel lymph nodes were identified, and pelvic lymph node dissection was performed. After gaining skill in the technique and good detection rates of sentinel lymph nodes, SNNS was introduced in limited cases from 2017. To date, 16 patients underwent sentinel lymph node mapping and 13 patients underwent SNNS, and their outcomes were retrospectively examined. Surgical time and blood loss were significantly reduced by performing SNNS.
