　医療技術の発達とともに，易感染宿主での日和見感染症や院内感染のリスクは，以前に比べずっと高くなった．感染症治療には抗菌薬療法が用いられるが，各種抗菌薬に対する薬剤耐性菌が次々と出現しており，治療に難渋する症例も多い．施設や診療科において，考慮すべき耐性菌やその分離状況を把握しておくことが必要とされている．本稿では，耐性化が問題となっている菌に焦点を当て，国内外の動向を概説する．

In step with the advances in medical technology, the case of opportunistic infection and hospital infection have been increasing. Although we use antimicrobial therapy for infectious disease, it is difficult to care of the emergence of various antimicrobial-resistant bacteria. We need to consider drug-resistant pathogen in each department and healthcare facility. In this manuscript, we give an outline of antimicrobial resistant strain in Japan and other countries.
