はじめに

　咬傷は犬によるものが多く，その他の加害動物としては熊，鼠，馬などが報告されている。ヒトによるものは稀であるが，黒沢^1）が2例，三浦ら^2）が3例を報告している。

　今回われわれは外鼻ヒト咬傷の2例を経験したので報告する。

Although human bites of the face are rare, the lower lip, cheek, nose and ear are frequently involved. This injury mostly occurs during a quarrel under influence of alcohol.

We reported 2 cases of nasal injury due to human bite. They are male in the thirties whose nasal tip and ala were partly bitten off. Both victims and attackers were drunk.

The nose was reconstructed with composite graft from the ear.
