I．はじめに

　静脈結石を伴った血管腫については1905年Kirmisson^1）が最初に報告しているが，本邦における報告例，ことに耳鼻咽喉科領域から報告された例は比較的少ない。今回われわれは左耳前部静脈結石の1例を手術的に治療したので報告する。

　A 12-year-old girl complained of a painless swelling of the left cheek, especially when she bent forward or stood on her hands. X-ray showed several round calcified masses in the same area. These masses located in the different areas in the parotid gland, which was confirmed by sialography. The surgical procedure was done principally to the parotid gland. Five calculi were removed after the facial nerve was exposed. Postoperative course was uneventful and her complaints disappeared. The diagnosis was ohlebolithiasis in buccal hemangioma.
