　緒言

　頭頸部は外傷を受けやすい部位であるが，複雑な構造，機能を有するためこれに起因する疾患もさまざまである。今回われわれは耳前部の外傷が原因による動静脈瘤（瘻）の症例を経験したので報告する。

A 21-year-old male with traumatic arteriovenous fistula of the superficial temporal artery and vein is presented. He had the chief complaint of a palsating mass in the right temporal area occur-ing few days after blunt injury. Enhanced CT revealed a large high-density lesion consistent with hypervascular mass. Operative findings depicted an arteriovenous fistula with aneurysm. External carotid artery was ligated and the fistula was excised successfully.
