I．はじめに

　頸部リンパ節結核は本邦の頸部リンパ節腫脹の約20〜30％を占める^1）といわれる。しかし抗結核剤の開発，進歩，結核管理システムの確立，生活環境の向上などにより結核性疾患は激減し，近年遭遇する頸部リンパ節結核は孤立性の腫瘤型を呈するものが多く，以前はむしろポピュラーとされていた浸潤型やpaket形成を示すものはほとんどない。

　今回私たちは著しい周囲軟部浸潤を示した3症例を経験したので若干の考按とともに報告する。

　Tuberculous lymphadenitis accounts for 20-30% of all lymph node swellings of the neck in Japan, decreasing in number by the development of anti-tubercular drugs, establishment of control system and advances in living environment. Recently in our department, most of tuberculous lymphadenitis were found as solitary or separated masses in theneck, and "paket" formation type has rarely been seen.

　In this paper 3 cases of tuberculous lymphadenitis in the neck that demonstrated tumor-like invasion into surrounding soft tissues were presented. Differential diagnosis from malignancy was clinically difficult and finally established by the pathological results of their dissected specimens.

　We commented on histopathology and diagnostic ways in these 3 cases.
