I．緒言

　一般日常臨床において喉頭嚢腫は必ずしも稀なものではなく，その大多数は組織学的に貯留嚢腫であることはよく知られている。最近われわれは比較的稀と考えられている鰓性器官由来の喉頭蓋嚢腫と思われる症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　A case of branchiogenic cyst of the epiglottis in a 24-year-old female was reported. She had an abnormal sensation in her throat and was found a cyst in her right epiglottis. It was removed and pathologically proved as branchiogenic cyst.

　Epiglottic cyst is often seen in general clinic and most of them are pathologically retention cyst. Epiglottic cyst from branchial organ is rare, and it was assumed to be derived from the third pharyngeal pouch.
