　I．緒言

　一般に聴器に発生する腫瘍は稀とされているが，中でも外耳道に発生する汗腺由来の腫瘍は非常にめずらしい。

　われわれはこの稀な腫瘍（良性，悪性を含む）を4例経験したので報告するとともに，その診断，特に生検における良性，悪性の判定の難しさとそれにともなう治療法の選択について述べ，諸賢のご批判を仰ぎたい。

　Although the sweat gland tumor of the external ear canal might be somewhat of a rare finding, four such cases including those malignant and non-malignant are reported by the authors.

　In reaching a diagnosis in these cases, much difficulties are met with and at times dangers.

　The treatment consists of a complete surgical removal of the tumor and according to the extent to which the glowth may be influencing the operative field should be widened to cover this entire area. And depending upon the degree of malignancy irradiation therapy should be added.
