　I．緒言

　病理学的にnon-lipoidの網状内皮系の細胞が増殖し主として脾臓，肝臓，リンパ腺，腸管，皮膚，骨，肺等が侵され，臨床上は肝脾腫，進行性貧血，全身リンパ腺腫脹を認め急性，進行性に経過する疾患を1929年Lettererが初めてAleukemic-reticulosisとして報告し，その後1936年Abt-DenenholzによりLetterer-Siwe氏病と名づけられたが，近年に至り比較的多数の報告例が散見せられる様になつた。私共も最近耳漏を主訴として医療を受け次第に本症に特有な各症状を呈し，死後剖検によりLetterer-Siwe氏病と診断された一例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of Lettere-Siwe disease is reported.Agirl infant aged 20 months was affected with aural discharge as initial symptoms and which were followed a generalized lymphd aenitis. From biopsy examination of one of the swollen gland it suggested Hodgkin's disease. With use of nitrolnin therapy the symptoms showed some abatement for a short while, only to become worse again and the patient died in its 10th month of illness. The diagnosis was made with post mortem examinatlon.
