外耳道神経線維腫の1例

　I．緒言

　外耳道に発生する良性腫瘍は稀である。本邦の文献をみると，その種類は，乳頭腫，骨腫，異色腫，内皮細胞腫等と十数種類に渉るが，その症例の報告は少ない。これは実際の症例は多いのであるが諸家が報告の労を惜しまれた結果とも考えられる。

　先般，私共は外耳道に発生した神経線維腫の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　A case of neurinoma of the external ear is reported. The patient was a woman, aged 36 and the benign tumor was found at the entrance of the right external ear canal.The author found 60 cases of benign tumor of the external ear which were reported in the literature but only 1 that was consisted of neurinoma.
