Abstract 文献概要

　気管支喘息患者に薬剤を投与してみてその治療効果をみるために気管支鏡検査（以下〔B〕と省略）を行つてみる事は，気管支の病的変化の改善を確かめ得るので有意義な事と思われるが，私共の乏しい智識ではアドレナリン皮下注射後の所見をのべたEphraim. ^1），Jucker，Kern. ^2），Lell. ^3），中村^4）を見るのみである。そこで此度 1）Adrenalin. 2）Cortisone. ACTH. 3）Predonine.（Predonisolone.）の3種の薬剤を使用して，その気管支鏡的観察を行つた症例を得たので茲に報告し，文献の資料としたい。

　Mizuno makes observation by means of bronchoscopy on the mucous membranes of tbe trachea and bronchi of asthmatic patients the manner in which adrenalin chloride, cortisone and predonisolone may effect changes. Due to numerical paucity no conclusive evidence is reached but the results are as follow:

　(1) Within 3 minutes of the administration of the adrenalin chloride paling coocurs in the color of mucous membrane whichappear to be more emphasized in that of the bronchi rather the trachea.

　(2) No color change of the mucous membrane is observed after administration of cortisone.

　(3) With predonisolone mucous membrane reaction similar to that after the use of adrenalin is seen in about 30 minutes following oral administration of the agent and appear to last longer in comparison appear to last last longer in comparison to that of adrenalin.
