硬化腫様疾患の経験

　緒言

　硬化腫は1870年皮膚科医Hebraが始めて記載し，鼻硬化腫と命名し報告した疾患であり，今迄外国に於ては多数の報告，実験等がされているが，我国では非常に少く，二三の報告があるに過ぎない。

　我々は数年間，その経過を観察し，その臨床所見より硬化腫と思われる一例，及び上顎洞，眼窩内に限局し，組織学的検査により硬化腫に一致した所見を得た1例を経験したので，その大要を報告する。

Toda and associates report 2 cases of what appeard to be hard tumor of the nasophar yn-ngeal region. Both patients died in spite of measures such as surgery, the use irradiation and antibiotics taken towards control of the affection.
