Abstract 文献概要

　我が教室に於ては夙にSMの副作用に注目し臨床及び実験的研究を行い，耳喉26巻2号，医事新報1617号にその一部を報告して来たが今回SM筋注により一過性反応を呈した患者を経験したのでSM過敏症を中心として前述2報告以後の文献を加え考察し発表する次第である。

Kawamura and Kawashima report a case of streptomycin reaction encountered in a course of treatment of tuberculosis with review of literature onthis subject. The treatment in this case, consisting of 10g of streptomycin per dose twice weekly with additional daily dosage of 10g of PAS, suffered to be discontinued when 27g of the former agent had been given. With further administration of streptomycin in com-bined form namely, a mixture of streptomycin sulfate and dihydrostreptomycin, from experi-mental standpoint, the patient complained in-crement of tinnitus, vertigo and other psycho-neurotic symptoms.
