　緒言

　各種抗生物質発見以来，細菌に対する抵抗性については，臨床的にも種々報告されておるが，私も急性及び慢性中耳炎患者耳漏内より分離したグラム陰性桿菌22株及び葡葡状球菌21株の各種抗生物質に対する抵抗性を検索し得たので報告する次第である。

Arai, by using various antibiotics, performed sensitivity tests on staphylococci and gram-ne-gative bacilli which were isolated from discha-rges derived from acute and chronic otitis me-dia. No particular antibiotic was found to be overwhelmingly effective over and above of the others. But, towards staphylococci penicillin appeared to be the most effective; towards gram-negative bacilli colistin used in high degree of concentration. It was found that in vivo tests in this way did not necessarily agree with clinical results but, it served to from at least a guide by which tne selection of the agent as well as the dosage may be made and calculated.
