　緒言

　毛細血管拡張性肉芽腫は，1869年Bollingerが馬の肺より発見したのを嚆矢とし，其後多くの報告があるが，1905年Küttnerが組織学的に考究して，一種の炎症性肉芽腫なることを識り，Granuloma teleangiektaticumと命名した。

　本邦に於いては，明治40年茂木氏が，その第1例を報告し，五十嵐氏の詳細な報告を始として，諸家により可成多くの報告があるが，粘膜に発生した報告例は少い。私は最近声門下腔に発生した1症例を経験したので，茲に報告するものである。

　MAYEDA reports a case of granuloma that was situated in the subglottic region of the trachea. A woman aged 59 complained of hoarseness, difficult breathing and occasional pro dction of blood straked sputum. Examination showed a small tumor about the siza of the tip of the little finger arising from righet side of trachea just below the vocal cord that made itself hidden from view with each act of inspi ration. Through bronchoscopy the tumor is easily removed; the recovery of the patient is uneventful. Micropscopic examination showed the growth to be a granuloma of vascular origin.
