有鈎嚢尾虫症の1例

　緒言

　有鈎条虫は豚を中間宿主とし，稀に野猪，羊，馬，羚鹿，犬，猫，鼠，熊，猿及び人間を中間宿主とする。人間においては1558年Rumlerが癲癇患者の剖見からその硬脳膜に，1659年Wernerは筋肉内にCysticercus cellulosaeを発見し，1843年Kurkenbergが実験的に確認して以来欧州においてはその報告例多く統計的観察もなされている。本邦においては明治41年福島，明治42年合田等の報告に始まり，昭和に入りてその報告例激増し終戦後はその治療の難点から新聞紙上にのる盛況振りである。然し総ての報告例は外地居住特に支那，満州に居住による豚よりの寄生で，本邦に生れその後同所に居住による本邦内感染はその症例極めて稀で山口（昭2年），井田（昭10年）山田（昭23年），田村（昭27年）の4例に過ぎず，又耳鼻咽喉科領域内では田村の報告のみである。本症例は群馬県内感染したものと見做され全身に多発性の腫瘤を生じ全聾を来たしたものである。

HARAGUCHI and OGA report a case of cysticercus cellulosae that appears to be an infestation originating in this country and the fifth case to be thus, reported. A woman aged 26, a native and resident of Gumma prefecture complained of tumor in the tongue and elsewhere over the entire body numerously beneath the skin. Other symptoms were a complete loss of hearing, marked tinnitus aurium and vestibular function disturbances. The diagnosis was confirmed by removal of the large tumor mass from the tongue with findings of partly degenerated larve of the parasite.
