妊婦にみられたる口蓋帆麻痺症例

　口蓋帆麻痺は末梢性及び中枢性に起り，一側又は両側にも見られ，一過性の事も然らざる事もある．それ自身を唯一の症状とする事もあり，症状群の一部である場合もある．原因に於て思いの外に決定が困難であり，ヂフテリー後麻痺，稀に口峽炎，腸チフス，赤痢，流感及び鉛中毒等に見られ，更に一側軟口蓋麻痺に同側の反回神経麻痺を、伴う樣な場合もあつて，アベルス氏症候群とも云われている．又，梅毒が原因として重要であり，原因と云うより誘因として，生活環境や，勤労状態，就中過労等問題となる．特に女性に於て，月経，妊娠等も度外視出來ない．茲に突然起つた左側口蓋麻痺を主訴とし，種々な合併症を有する爲、診断に困難を來し，複雜性半側性喉頭麻痺症の疑いにより紹介され，諸檢査の結果單純な口蓋帆麻痺であつた1例を報告する．

The patient recovered from her affliction when physiological saline solution was injected locally in the affected area. Previous diagnosis is considered to have been an error, but, extre-mely flaccid nature of the patient with physical exhaustion due to overwork and painful muscular rheumatism about the shoulders were most lik-ely the cause of simulated symptoms.
