慢性中耳炎の動脈注射療法に就て

　緒言

　近來，動脈注射療法が耳鼻科疾患特に中耳炎にも施され，之により化學療法の飛躍的進歩を來したのであるが，本法は從來の報告によれば急性型によく奏効し，慢性型に不定な成績を示している．私は亞急性型乃至慢性中耳炎の治療に之を應用し，聊か感じた所があるので例數僅少にて觀察不充分ではあるが，茲に報告して皆樣の御示教と御追試を希ふ次第である．

Despite numerous reports made by various authors on uncertainty of results by parenteral intra-arterial therapy of chronic otitis media, the anthor contends the method as successful in causing early cures in such cases, as to the extent that it has never been experienced before by other methods. Cases presenting perforation, in the anterior, inferior portion of tympanic membrane with the growth of graunlations, were treated by intra-arterial injection of 20% glucose solution to which 30% acetsulfonamide had heen added. Furthermore, as local measures, any source that might be obstructing the naso pharyngeal passage was cleared away.
