鼻中隔上部彎曲症と鼻性反射神經症との關聯に就て

　私は先に「鼻中隔上部彎曲症の臨床的意義」なる論文（臨牀耳鼻1卷3, 4號）の中で，鼻中隔に於ける上部彎曲が呈し得る種々な臨床症状に就て述べたが，該論文では上部彎曲を重點的に取扱つたので，上部彎曲症として現れる症状の中で當然反射神經症と見做されるものもあつたが，之に就ては深く追求する事なく論旨を進めたのであつた．然も該論文の中でも觸れてゐる樣に，上部彎曲症としての症状の成立には勿論鼻中隔の上部彎曲が基礎的なものではあるが，之の彎曲によつて生じる側壁，即ち甲介壁との相互關係が非常に重要であつて，この相互關係による空間的Mediumの如何が上部彎曲症の成立には重大なる關係があると思われる．勿論斯る解剖學的關係のみならず機能的關係も當然に關與するのであるが，之等の關係に就て最近遭遇した2症例を對照として考察して見度い．

The Authos experienced cures in two cases of nasal reflex neurosis, in which complaints of refractory pain were made extending from the root of the nose over the frontal region, as their chief symptoms. These, however, disappea-red with establishment of proper airway in the olfactory cleft by curettage of ethmoid cells and submucous resection of nasal septum. The subje-ct is deftly discusssed with copious references to literatures. Furthermore, notes on the course of nasal reflex are mentioned in a great detail with addition of valueable observations on the relation of allergy to neurosis.
