泌尿器科領域における新しい非ステロイド性消炎剤TAB（BCP）の臨床経験

CLINICAL EXPERIENCES WITH A NEW NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AGENT TAB (BCP) IN UROLOGY

I．緒　言

　近年抗生物質の発展には見るべきものがあるが，菌の耐性が著しく増加し，各種抗生物質に対する感受性の低下を認め，抗生物質単独投与のみによつては細菌性の炎症を根治に至らしめる事は困難な場合も少なくない。

　我々は此の様な場合，種々の消炎剤を併用しているのであるが，未だ的確な消炎剤が見当らない。TAB（BCP）は，京大化学研究所薬理研究室，岐阜薬科大学薬品化学教室及び武田薬品工業株式会社の協同研究によつて開発されたもので，本剤は強力な抗炎症作用と腫脹抑制効果が認められ，既に伊藤等が整形外科領域に於て臨床的に使用し，優れた効果を認めている。

Oral administration of TAB (BCP)(5-n-butyl-l-cyclohexyl-2,4,6-trioxoperhydropyrimidine was attempted in 132 patients undergone urological operations and 31 patients with urogenital infections to study the anti-edematous and anti-inflammatory effects of this drug.

The anti-edematous and anti-inflammatory effects of this drug were good.

In two cases with noraml renal function, the serum concentration and urinary excretion of KM were determined after the administration of 1000mg of KM alone, and also 1000mg of KM, concurrently with 600mg of BCP.

No difference was found between these two cases in the serum concentration of KM. The urinary excretion of KM seemed to be delayed by the combined use of BCP.

From the result of this experiment, it is considered that the concentration of KM in the tissue is increased by the administration of BCP.
