I．はじめに

　Neurofibromatosisには種々の奇形を伴うことが知られているが，そのうち稀に椎体骨の形成異常や変形，硬膜の形成異常を有する例の報告がみられる．われわれは，軽微な神経症状を持ち皮膚のfibromatosisを有する患者に合併した椎体骨のscalloping, dural ectasiaなどの比較的稀な所見をMRIを含む神経放射線学的検査で，詳細に検討し得たので報告する．

A 41-year-old man noticed colorless cutaneous nodules all over his body at the age of 24. Recently the nodules increased markedly in number and several large nodules were removed at the dermatological clinic of our hospital. The histological diagnosis of the nodules was neurofibroma. He was then referred to our neurosurgical clinic for neurological examinations to rule out involvement of the central nervous system. He showed no abnormality in neurological examination ex-cept for hyper-reflexia of the left patellar tendon reflex and occasional right leg weakness. Cranial CT scan and EEG were normal.
