側頭骨に発生し，腫瘍内出血を認めた巨大Diploic epidermoidの1例

A Case of Huge Diploic Epidermoid on The Temporal Bone with Intratumoral Hemorrhage

I．はじめに

　最近われわれは，中頭蓋窩を占拠し，さらに一部後頭蓋窩におよんだ側頭骨diploicepidermoidの1例を経験した．CT上，腫瘍は均一なlow densityを示さず，ところどころisodensityな部分を認め，組織学的に腫瘍内出血を証明しえた．発生頻度の低いとされる側頭骨の出血したdiploic epider-moidについてCT所見を中心に文献的考察を加える．

A case of huge diploic epidermoid which occuredin the right temoral bone and occupied almost allof the middle fossa and a part of the posterior fossa.

CT of the tumor showed a low density lesionwith multiform isodensity spots and a rim enhance-ment by CECT. Histologically, multiple old bloodclots were recognized in this tumor contents.

A review of the literature was made as regards CTfindings of diploic epidermoid.
