I．はじめに

　モヤモヤ病に合併する脳血管障害としては脳動脈瘤が稀ならず報告^{1,4,9,10,13,14,19-22,24）}されているが，脳動静脈奇形を合併した症例の報告は，われわれの140例余りのモヤモヤ病の経験^18）を含め，文献上渉猟し得た限りでは見当らない．

　最近われわれは，脳動静脈奇形を合併したモヤモヤ病の稀有なる1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する．

It is well known that moyamoya disease is some-times accompanied by cerebral aneurysm. However, a case of moyamoya disease with arterio-venous malformation is not found out on the literature. In this paper, a rare case of moyamoya disease accom-panied by arterio-venous malformation is reported.

The patient is a 33-year-old male who developed transient left motor weakness and visual disturbance on September 5, 1983. He was admitted to our hospital on October 3, 1983. On admission, there were no abnormal neurological findings. Plain CT scan showed low density area in the left parieto-occipital cortex.
