I．はじめに
CTスキャン導入以降，脳腫瘍の病理組織像，臨床経過とCT所見の関係について多くの報告がなされてきた1,7,11,12）．このたび，京都大学脳神経外科においてCTスキャン導入以降に経験した天幕上ependymoma，ependymoblastomaについて，そのCT像を詳細に検討したところ，種々の興味ある知見が得られた．またCT像とこれらの腫瘍の臨床的悪性度はかなり相関すると考えられたので，ここに報告する．
The clinical courses and CT scan findings of 12cases of supratentorial ependymoma and ependymo-blastoma were reviewed.
The age of the patient of ependymoma ranged from3 years to 34 years, with an average age of 16 years.The follow-up time ranged from 2 months to 9 yearsand 10 months. All of the six patients are still alive.
The age of the patients of ependymoblastoma rangedfrom 7 months to 34 years, with an average age of 17years. During the follow-up period from 2 weeks to6 years and 4 months, four patients died.
Supratentorial ependymomas and ependymoblast-omas show the following characteristic features of CTscans:
