I．はじめに

　頭蓋内に発生したfibrous xanthomaやxanthosar-comaの報告は極めて少なく，数例報告されているにすぎない．われわれは術前，転移性腫瘍または悪性のgliomaと考え，開頭を行い，組織学的にfibrous xan-thosarcomaであった非常に稀な症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する．

We had 3 cases of massive ioracerebral hemorrhageafter treatment of brain tumor which has been rarelyreport-ed.

Case I was 6-year-old girl who had sudden onset ofunconsciousness and left hemiparesis, 3 months afterLinactherapy preceded by the operation for anangiohlasticmeningioma. CT suggested the hemorrhage in recurrenttumor. She was reoperated and had chemo-immunotherapy,but she died with spinal metastasis after 3 months.

Case 2 was 40-year-old male who was operated for arightfronto-parietal anaplastic glioma. One year afterthe firstoperation, he had sudden onset of headache, vomitingandunconsciousness.
