I．はじめに

　眼窩部神経鞘腫は眼窩腫瘍の1.7-5.6％^14,18）を占めるが，その発生母地となった神経につき言及している報告は，われわれの渉猟しえた限り10例に満たない^{3,7,9,11，14,16,17）}．われわれは今回，術中，眼窩上神経からの発生を同定しえた眼窩部神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので，若干の考察とともに本症例を報告する．

The patient, 41 years old, female, was admitted to ourhospital with the chief complaint of the progressivelyincreasing painless swelling of the right eye. On examina-tion, the right eye slightly protruded compared with the leftand upward movement of the right eye was limited. Skullx-ray film (posteroanterior) showed a dome-shaped expansionin the roof of the right orbit. Orbital venogram showedinferior and medial displacement of the P₁, and P₂ portionsand the second segment of the superior ophthalmic vein.CT, scan in coronal view showed a tumor in superior partof the right orbit. Operation was performed by sut frontalapproach.
