I．はじめに

　軟骨性起原の腫瘍の頭蓋内発生（頭蓋骨も含む．以下同じ）は極めて稀であり，全頭蓋内腫瘍の0.03％以下といわれる^4）．なかでもchondromyxoid fibromaは，1949年Jaffe and Lichtensteinにより命名されているが，その頭蓋内発生の報告は極めて少ない^{12,22,24,27,29）}．今回われわれは，右眼窩上壁より発生し，前頭蓋窩内および眼窩内に発育した巨大なchondromyxoid fibromaの治験例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

The authors reported a case of giant chondromyxoidfibroma of the right anterior cranial fossa, arising fromthe right orbital lamina of frontal bone.

A fifteen-year-old boy was admitted because of a re-cent history of the right exophthalmus and headache.Neurological examination was essentially negative exceptpapilledetma in the both optic fundi and the right olfac-tory disturbance. Skull plain x-ray films showed thebony destruction of the right supraorhital bone and thesome of abnormal calcification in the right anterior cra-nial fossa.
